![]() I'm sorry Reflecta, but your scanner is a HUGE BUG!ĭid you try any other program as VueScan?. With b/w scan at 7200 DPI i have no problem (I use 16 bit gray dept and not 48 bit, obviously). So, I have uninstalled everything (on Windows 7 / Mac OSX) and re-installed (driver, software, etc, etc…), but the problem persists. The version of Vuescan is 9.4.18 (32bit). I have installed the latest version of Cyberview with driver and updated to the latest firmware for the scanner (version 1.20). This problem occurs on Windows 7 and on Mac OSX. With 4800, 5000, 6400, 7200 DPI the second scan give the error message. If I want a new scan, I must turn off the scanner. When I scan the second image, the system crashes, returning the message "IMAGE DATA ERROR - D-ram Issue”. I am very disappointed to see that the scanner has serious problems (I suspect that it is hardware and not software).īy performing a color scan at 7200 dpi (48 bit RGB) using Vuescan, the first scan does not present problems. Dear friends, I have a big problem (ANOTHER.) with Reflecta RPS 7200 pro. ![]()
